special relativity - Time dilation confusion?

If I understand the theory correctly, time dilation causes a moving clock to tick slower than a stationary clock. If clock A is moving relative to clock B, then clock A ticks slower. However, relatively speaking, clock B is also moving relative to clock A, then clock B ticks slower. These two obviously cannot be true together, so what's the resolution?
